    • There is a 15–20 minute pick-up window for transfers and ride-sharing tours. The shuttle/tour bus will arrive within 15–20 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
    • Tips for drivers and tour guides are mandatory. Tips are not included and are at the customer’s discretion. Drivers expect tips of approximately USD 3–5 per person per day.
    • The operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary and arrange alternative accommodation or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Any incidentals used in hotel rooms, such as beverages, snacks, paid TV channels, bathroom water overflow, or any damage to the room, will be billed to your room and must be settled directly.
    • The company holds no responsibility for lost luggage, injury, or theft.
    • Smoking is not allowed in most hotels. A minimum fine of USD 200–500 may be charged if you are caught smoking or if smoking is detected in your room.
    • Any additional services required once the tour begins will require a credit card to guarantee those services.
    • Restaurant / hotel / service changes cannot be made once the group is on tour.
    • Travellers must carry a local SIM card. All services must be reconfirmed by the client or tour escort 24 hours before the service date, regarding pickup time and meeting point, by the guest’s name.
    • Wi-Fi is available in many hotels, but connectivity cannot be guaranteed throughout your stay and may not be free in some hotels.
    • Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted while the bus is in motion. Adults and children may not stand or walk while the bus is moving; if any injury occurs, the operator is not responsible.
    • Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover all emergencies, including medical. Customers are individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising from failure to purchase insurance or for purchasing insurance without adequate coverage. A signed waiver may be required if the customer declines to purchase travel insurance.
    • This quote is based on taxes, surcharges, and fees in effect at the time of quotation. Any subsequent changes to the tax structure will be applicable to this quote.
    • All rates are based on a minimum of 2 people travelling together on all tours.
    • Breakfast hours are usually from around 7:00 am to 9:30 am, depending on the hotel. The operator is not responsible for missed breakfast due to flight schedules or early morning tours.
    • Weekend and convention surcharges may apply for any trade shows or special events in town.
    • Children from 2 to 9 years are considered children; 10 years and above are considered adults.
    • Surface intercity transfers are not included unless specified in the package. Luggage costs on flights are the responsibility of the clients.
