The Booking:

Each booking you made with Go Kite Travel and Tours exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form or a confirmation email (Sometimes Whatss app chats will also take into consideration). All the relevant information should be communicated. Once the booking is made, our terms and conditions and refund policy will come into effect.

Deposit: 

Upon completion of the signed booking form or confirmation email a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company. And the balance should be payable as per the payment terms agreed by the tour consultant prior to the booking.

Payments:

Each booking will be confirmed only after receiving the deposit amount which 50% of the total tour cost per person. The balance should be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country (from Dubai in case of Outbound packages). During peak times the booking shall be confirmed only after receiving 100% tour cost as payment advance.

Liability:

Go Kite Travel and Tours does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable.

We do take all rational steps in ensuring that the company keeps standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is written in good faith.

Complaints:

We do our best to give our guests/travelers on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble-free holiday experience but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager or tour consultant (at the same time), who will do everything reasonable to fix the distress immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing.

Passports & Visas

To travel to UAE from overseas countries except for the citizen who gets a visa on arrival, one needs a 06-month valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost. For outbound packages, the cost of a visa will be applicable if not included in the original package cost.

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in Dubai hotels is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Therefore the cost of early check-in and late check out is not included in the package cost. For outbound packages, the check-in time and check-out time are subject to each country’s standard check-in time policy.  We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year, and availability of the room.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

Please note that the cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

Surcharge

The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, an amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.

UAE Tourist Visa Processing

  1. All visa application processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
  2. The processing fees charged by our company are solely for the service of applying for a tourist visa to the United Arab Emirates. These fees do not guarantee the issuance of the visa, and any decisions regarding visa approval or rejection are made solely by the UAE immigration authorities.
  3. In case the visa application is rejected by the UAE immigration authorities, the applicant will not be entitled to a refund of the processing fees paid.
  4. Our company shall not be held responsible for any expenses, damages, or losses incurred by the applicant as a result of a visa application rejection or delay, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, and any other related expenses.
  5. Our company will make every effort to ensure that visa applications are processed accurately and efficiently, and we will provide all necessary assistance to the applicant throughout the application process.
  6. Applicants are required to provide accurate and complete information and documentation to facilitate the visa application process. Our company shall not be responsible for any delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information or documentation provided by the applicant.
  7. By submitting a visa application through our company, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and acknowledges that he or she has read and understood these terms and conditions.
