Standard Ammendemend and Refund Policy- Go Kite Tours
Your online/Offline purchase with Go Kite Tours does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email (or maybe by whats app) within 24 hrs of the purchase (In case of activities and day tours the tickets and tours confirmation will be sent to your email id or what’s app within few hours for such cases if the date of the tour and the purchase is on the same day). If the purchase cannot be confirmed by us due to non-availability we will fully refund without any additional charges. We request every one of our customers to read the cancellation policy and advise them to purchase travel insurance.
What can be refunded?
- Some tours and activities require minimum passengers to operates, in case of any tours do not meet the minimum traveller’s requirement every affected traveller will be refunded or he/she may choose alternative tours or activities. (Additional charges will be applicable for those tours if the cost of new substitutes is higher than the original product).
- Any additional refunds based on extenuating conditions will depend on the individual tour operator.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
- Any travellers failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
- No refund will be given for any parts of the tour unused by the traveller.
- Airfare is fully non-refundable and non-changeable in the case of package tours when airfare is included in the final price. (Incase of any eligibility- Refund will be subject to airline policy)
- Hotel extra stays and Immediate Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) (Non-Refundable entry tickets) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
Our Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policies listed below are applicable for all the tours packages, activities and tickets. Unless the tours/tickets/packages booked has a special or different cancellation policy. If any changes in the cancellation policy the same will be added to each tour/package/activities itinerary page. Please note that we will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.
Cancellation Made Within
- 6 days prior to departure- Non-refundable
- 7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date- 50% of the total purchase amount can be refunded
- 16-24 Days Prior to Departure Date- 75% of the total purchase amount can be refunded
- 25 or More Days Prior to Departure Date-100% of the total purchase amount can be refunded
- All cancellations amendments should be communicated via email, the cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your official email.
- In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveller’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded to the same account. The refund may take 48 hrs to 05 working days.
- Single-Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the experience for a full refund.
