Welcome to Yerevan, the capital and the largest city in Armenia. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative. After the meet and greet you will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight at Yerevan.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel, meet the guide and you will be escorted for a city tour of Armenia. The day trip will start with a stop at the ‘monument Mother Armenia’ a female personification of Armenia. The most popular monument in Armenia was founded in the year 1967 as a victory memorial for World War II. Then we will go down by giant staircase Cascade to Matenadaran a treasury of ancient manuscripts, research institute and museum in Yerevan, Armenia.
It holds one of the world’s biggest collections of ancient manuscripts and books related to history, philosophy, medicine, literature, art history. The next stop of your day trip will be the Opera House built in 1933 and designed by the Armenian architect Alexander Tamanian. The walking tour will take you to Republic Square. The republic is an oval roundabout and a trapezoid-shaped section that contains a pool with musical fountains. Your guided tour will continue to Tsitsernakaberd the monument dedicated to the victims of genocide. The final stop of your day trip will be the President house, National Academy and Parliament house.

Tsaghkadzor is a place to admire the picturesque Armenian scenery. Next, you will be given a ropeway ticket and take a ropeway ride to the mountain top to get a stunning view over Mt. Ararat. You can also visit the Monastery Complex Kecharis (11-13 centuries) was once the spiritual capital of ancient Armenia. The next stop will be lake Sevan-The pearl of Armenia -Lake Sevan. This beautiful lake is located 1900 metres above sea level and your next stop will be Sevanavank church. At the end of your trip, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Yerevan.
