Terms & Conditions

Important Information

Age Requirement: Participants must be between 18 and 75 years old (Gregorian calendar). Anyone younger than 18 or older than 75 on the day of the jump will not be permitted. If you are 70–75 years old or have a relevant medical history, you must submit a completed Declaration of Fitness form signed by your doctor before your skydive.

Weight & BMI Restrictions:
• Women: Maximum 90 kg / 198 lbs with BMI ≤ 27.5
• Men: Maximum 100 kg / 220 lbs with BMI ≤ 30.0
All tandem skydivers must meet both weight and BMI requirements.

Health & Safety: Participants must be in good health. A medical certificate may be required in specific cases. Pregnant women, individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those who have been scuba diving within 24 hours will not be allowed to jump.

Clothing Guidelines: Wear comfortable trousers or pants with secure pockets and closed-toe shoes. Loose accessories, dresses, skirts, or flip-flops are not permitted.

COVID-19 Protocols: Face masks and hygiene measures may apply. If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 symptoms, a valid medical certificate is required to reschedule; otherwise, no refund or rescheduling is possible.

Booking & Rescheduling:
• Reschedule by contacting info@skydivedubai.ae at least 24 hours before your booking.
• Failure to arrive on time results in full forfeiture.
• If requirements aren’t met on the day, the skydive will be forfeited.

Payment Validity: Payments remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Rescheduling beyond that period requires new payment upon arrival.

Weather & Operational Changes: Skydive Dubai may cancel or postpone operations due to unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Time Commitment: Allow 3–4 hours from check-in to completion of your skydive experience.
