• You must carry a valid credit card for hotel incidentals and a government-issued photo ID at all times.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am in most hotels.
• In most cases, the driver will not wait more than the designated time mentioned in the itinerary, and you may miss your transfer.
• Pick-up window for transfers and ride-sharing tours is 15 to 20 minutes. The shuttle/tour bus will arrive within 15–20 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
• Tips for drivers and tour guides are mandatory. Tips are not included and are at the customer’s discretion. Drivers expect tips of approximately USD 3–5 per person per day.
• The operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary and arrange alternative accommodation or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any items or incidentals used by guests in their respective rooms, such as beverages, snacks, pay TV channels, bathroom water overflow, or any damage to the room, will be billed to your room and must be paid beforehand.
• The company holds no responsibility for lost luggage, injury, or theft.
• Smoking is not allowed in most hotels. You will be responsible for paying a minimum fine of USD 200 to 500 if you are caught smoking or if smoking is detected in your hotel room.
• Any additional services required once the tour begins will require a credit card to reserve those services.
• Restaurant / hotel / service changes cannot be made once the group is on tour.
• Tourist companions must carry a local SIM card. All services must be reconfirmed by the client or tour escort 24 hours before the service date, regarding the pickup time and meeting point, by the guest’s name.
• Wi-Fi is available in hotels, but connectivity cannot be guaranteed consistently throughout your stay, and it may not be free in some hotels.
• Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted while the bus is in motion. Adults and children may not stand or walk while the bus is moving; if any injury occurs, the operator is not responsible.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover all emergencies, including medical ones. Customers will be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising from failure to purchase insurance and/or purchasing insurance without adequate coverage. A signed waiver may be requested in the event the customer declines the offer to purchase travel insurance.
• This quote is based on taxes, surcharges, and fees in effect as applicable at the time of the quote. Any subsequent changes to the tax tables will be applicable to this quote.
• All rates are based on a minimum of 2 people travelling together on all tours.
• Breakfast hours are usually from around 7:00 am to 9:30 am, depending on the hotels. In some hotels, this may vary. The operator is not responsible for missing breakfast due to flight schedules or early morning tours.
• Weekend and convention surcharges may apply for any trade shows or special events in town.
• Children from 2 to 9 years old are considered children. People over 9 years old are considered adults.
• Surface intercity transfers are not included unless specified in the package. Luggage costs on flights are the responsibility of the clients.

Payment Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any portion of services cancelled or unused for any reason, including medical or otherwise.
