- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

- All documents must be in English, translated to English, or in an official language.
- One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Photo glued on application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.
