TRAVEL CONSULTANT (B2C)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Consultant specializing in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized travel advice to individual clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individual clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services.
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and cultural experiences based on clients’ preferences, interests, and budget.
  • Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication to upsell additional services and amenities to enhance clients’ travel experiences.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular follow-up, providing updates on travel options, promotions, and special offers.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the B2C travel industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and activities, as well as travel regulations and requirements.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and online travel agencies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
