Important Information

• Age and Height Restrictions: Some of the rides, such as the Snow Bullet, have height restrictions and age and weight limits as well. For instance, the rider must be not less than 8 years old, 125 cm in height, and weigh more than 30kg.
• Safety Gear: Children below 13 years are required to wear helmets. Skiing and snowboarding are prohibited on all slopes for beginners and intermediate-level skiers and snowboarders.
• Penguin Encounter Restrictions: One is not allowed to take photographs of the penguins because of the risk that the birds might get harmed.
• Children have to be with a grownup always in the park.

• Operating Timings: – Sunday to Wednesday 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, Thursday 10.00 am – 12.00 midnight, Friday & Saturday 09.00 am – 12.00 midnight. Locker Hire AED 30.
• Snow Classic – The Snow Classic gives you unlimited access to the Snow Park and Giant Ball with one ride each on Mountain thriller and chairlift and a pair of fleece gloves.
• Snow Plus – The Snow Plus gives you all the excitement of the Polar pass along with a Snow Bullet ride or Discovery Lesson or Peng-Friend Encounter.
• Package Gear included: – Skis/Snowboard (for Ski Slope & Lessons), Boots, Poles (Ski Slope & Lessons), Jacket, Trouser, Disposable Socks, Helmet (children) Due to hygiene reason, hats and gloves are not included but available with additional charges.
• For participants of freestyle activities, racing, snowboard lessons and other specific attractions, helmets are compulsory for all ages.
