Terms & Conditions

The total seating capacity for Flying Cup is 16 per trip.
You have to be at least 4 years old and above or at least 120 cm tall to be able to take part in Flying Cup experience. Person under 120 cm and above 105 cm may participate if accompanied by an adult.
An individual should be at least 18 years of age, who has full passive and active legal capacity for using the System.
Guests are advised to dress according to the weather. Please be advised that at 40 meter height the wind can be stronger and the temperature can be lower than usual. Once the platform has already been lifted, Flying Cup will not lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.
Pregnant women are not allowed to experience Flying Cup.
Animals, your own food and drink (unless permitted by Flying Cup); Bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by Flying Cup); any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives);and Illegal substances Professional/ commercial recording devices are not permitted at the Flying Cup.
Flying Cup may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
