• Hotel check-in is between 14:00–15:00 hrs and check-out is between 11:00–12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• No refund for late check-in or early check-out.

• No refund or waiver in case of deportation.
• All transfers will be on a private basis for the entire group.

Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more before departure – 30% of the total amount is non-refundable.
• 44–31 days before departure – 45% of the total package cost.
• 30–15 days before departure – 60% of the total package cost.
• 14–10 days before departure – 75% of the total package cost.
• Less than 10 days before departure – 100% cancellation charges apply.

Rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of travel. UAE Residence must be valid for 6 months or more at the time of travel. Visa approvals are subject to immigration.
