Second Payment: 100% of the remaining balance including any extras – payable 45 days before departure or at the time of visa submission (whichever comes first).

1. Booking deposit of AED 1,500 is non-refundable once confirmed.
2. 60 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of the holiday cost is non-refundable.
3. 44 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the holiday cost will be charged.
4. Less than 29 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Completed visa application form.
• All documents must be in English or officially translated into English.
• One recent passport-size photograph (not older than 6 months), 3.5 × 4.5 cm, light background. Head coverings allowed only for religious reasons.
• Valid passport.
• Proof of accommodation for the entire stay within the Schengen region.
• Confirmed flight reservation including return ticket.
• Valid travel insurance.
• Personal bank statements for the last 3 months.
• Employer letter and valid trade license OR NOC for spouse/children.
• UAE or Bahrain residence permit valid for at least 3 months after departure from Schengen states.
• Household employees must provide a letter from employer/sponsor.
