In case of unavailability of the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Passengers are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining all required travel and visa documents.
No refund will be provided by hotels for late check-in or early check-out.
Activities such as paragliding, skiing, etc., are optional and chargeable.
No waiver or refund is possible in case of deportation for any reason.
All transfers will be provided on a private basis for the entire group.
Some hotels may request a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
This is a fixed group departure; amendments or changes are not permitted.

Second Payment: 100% of the remaining balance including any extras – payable 45 days before departure or at the time of visa submission (whichever comes first).

Booking deposit of AED 1,500 is non-refundable once confirmed.
60 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% of the holiday cost is non-refundable.
44 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the holiday cost will be charged.
Less than 29 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

Completed visa application form.
All documents must be in English or officially translated into English.
One recent passport-size photograph (not older than 6 months), 3.5 × 4.5 cm, light background. Head coverings allowed only for religious reasons.
Valid passport.
Proof of accommodation for the entire stay within the Schengen region.
Confirmed flight reservation including return ticket.
Valid travel insurance.
Personal bank statements for the last 3 months.
Employer letter and valid trade license OR NOC for spouse/children.
UAE or Bahrain residence permit valid for at least 3 months after departure from Schengen states.
Household employees must provide a letter from employer/sponsor.
