• There will be no refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity arising due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of unavailability of the mentioned hotels, similar category accommodation will be provided.
• Any meals and services not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Hotel Check-In time is 1400/1500 hrs and Check-Out time is 1100/1200 hrs. Early Check-In and late Check-Out are subject to availability unless otherwise mentioned.
• No refund will be provided for late Check-In or early Check-Out.
• Activities such as Paragliding, Skiing, etc., are optional.
• No waiver or refund is possible in case of deportation for any reason.
• All transfers will be provided on a private basis for the entire group.
• This is a Fixed Group Departure; therefore, amendments and changes are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more before departure: 30% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
• 44 to 31 days before departure: 45% of the total package cost will be charged.
• 30 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the total package cost will be charged.
• 14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Less than 10 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges apply.

Important Note

Rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of travel. UAE Residence must be valid for 6 months or more at the time of travel. Visa approvals are subject to immigration authorities.
