    • DAY 1: ARRIVAL - CITY TOUR & KOK-TOBE
      • Arrival in Almaty
      • Transfer airport – hotel.
      • Early Check-in at the hotel. Rest till noon.
      • Sightseeing tour around Almaty, visiting following places: The Historical Center of
      • Almaty, Squares (Republic, Independent, Abay, Astana).
      • Visit the Green Bazar “most popular market for locals in Almaty”
      • Transfer for a lunch.
      • Transfer to Kok Tobe Amusement park.

      Kok Tobe is the mountain in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s largest city. The mountain’s height is

      1100 meters above sea level. Kok Tobe is one of the main landmarks in the city, and it is

      popular among visitors and tourists to Almaty. The Kok Tobe recreational area has a

      variety of amusement park type attractions and restaurants. It is connected to downtown

      Almaty by a cable car line.

      • Transfer for a dinner.
      • Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
    • DAY 2: SHYMBULAK, MEDEU, ARBAT & PANFILOV BOULEVARD
      • Breakfast at the hotel.
      • Transfer for Beautiful Mountain Surrounding Guided tour. The first stop of the tour awaits

      you in the Medeu Gorge, where the largest high mountain skating rink in the world is located.

      • Next destination is Shymbulak ski resort, located at an altitude of 2230 meters above sea level.
      • Transfer for a lunch.
      • Walking tour at Arbat street & Panfilov boulevard.
      • Transfer for a dinner.
      • Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
    • DAY 3: FULL DAY KOLSAY & CHARYN TOUR
      • Breakfast at the hotel. 07:00
      • Starting the tour early at 07:30 So that we can catch up to the places in the plan at the

      right time during the day

      • Arriving 10:30 Visiting Charyn Canyon walking around taking photos, they can have

      lunch in that area , start moving to next destination at 13:30

      • Arriving 15:30 to Kolsay Lake, enjoying the charming scenery, various activities (horse

      riding, boating, restaurants and cafes on own)

      • Start moving back to Almaty at 18:30 (22:00 drop them in hotel)
    • DAY 4: DEPARTURE
      • Breakfast at the hotel.
      • Check out, transfer to airport

    • You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa
    • Check In to the hotel is always 1400/1500 hours & Check Out is always 1100/ 1200 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability unless & otherwise specified in the inclusion column
    • No refund is provided by the hotel for late Check in or for early Check Out
    • Activities are optional: Ex: Paragliding, Skiing etc.
    • No waiver/refunds possible in case of deportation for any reason.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the total amount is non-refundable
    • 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the total cost
    • 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the total cost
    • 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the total cost.
    • 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
