- Try to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. The yacht can’t delay sailing if someone is running late — and we really don’t want you to miss the fun!
- Kids are more than welcome, but they’ll need to stay with an adult throughout the experience.
- The crew will guide you to your table when you arrive. They do their best to honor seating preferences, but it depends on availability.
- Sometimes the entertainment lineup or dinner menu may change — but it will always be great, we promise.
- Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over — UAE rules.
- If the sea is rough or there’s a weather issue, the route might change a little, or the cruise may be moved to another time for safety reasons.
- Please treat the yacht and its facilities with care. Any accidental damage might require a charge.
- Outside food or drinks aren’t allowed onboard.
- If a guest is not in a condition to travel safely (for example, intoxicated), management may refuse boarding for the safety and comfort of everyone.
- Bookings are non-refundable, but if you need to change the date, let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
